Is this still being worked on or is this just a one time prototype? I can see a fair bit of potential as there isn't really a game in this niche yet

That may be, and I understand that this would have been a difficult, tireless journey, and I do respect that. But that doesn't take away the fact that the game is still unplayable for many paying clients which people can only tolerate for so long. There has to be some form of middle ground here, bugs are inevitable but the game should be at least (mostly) functioning for patreon releases, right?
Damn, initially I didn't really like the idea of infections/genetic issues, but actually if handled well it could be a great mechanic that adds more "game-ness" to KK, because at the moment it is essentially a sandbox, there's no real challenge as you said. I mean, its a porn game so I don't know how challenging it should be but I like the idea at least.
I think the idea now is you need to use incremental breeding, e.g. "I want massive balls": Pineapple a kobold until he's full, then make him breed another, the egg will contain a kobold that has bigger balls by default, repeat until gargantuan balls. As for the peenor, you can swap consciousness into a kobold with the peen you want, then use iteration breeding to get the colour and sizes you want? Takes longer but personally I prefer having to go through multiple iterations of kobold to get the one I want
There might be an issue with the saving system, as whenever I load a save it "kills" me and I have to immediately respawn. When I do this it resets my star count to zero and my money to $5, or in some cases it just freezes the loading screen indefinitely. I'm assuming this is a bug but I'm not sure if there's an actual bug reporting area so I'll put it here until I find one
